[FFmpeg-devel] lavu/avstring: deprecate av_d2str().

It is no longer used in our code base and does not seem
to be used much in other projects.

I guess we'll bumping in the coming months (it's been a long while since
the last time, and some cleaning is in order), so might as well make
this < 58 so we don't have to postpone it later.
