Added a third book to the existing list. The book information contains one link
to the paperback seller and another link to my website where the free ebook can
be viewed or downloaded.

*The whole section 'Books about FFmpeg' is better off on the wiki* as it
deals with external resources as opposed to most other sections at
http://www.ffmpeg.org/documentation.html. It will be much easier to keep
it up to date.

Also, there are many instructional resources available, both free and
commercial, and it would be misleading to list only a few.

Feel free to create a page under '*Community Contributed
Documentation'*at https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki and add your free ebook
as an entry.

Regards,
Gyan

Last year, I suggested all recent books to be listed but there was no response.
http://ffmpeg.org/pipermail/ffmpeg-devel/2020-May/262634.html

After I made the ebook free, I contacted Lou Logan. He mentioned that (he
is not with FFmpeg anymore but that) FFmpeg.org did not want to make
assumptions on other authors. Quoting him:

I'm talking about starting a page on the wiki and listing all books
*there*. No patch required.

I will add the books to wiki but while the two old books are there at https://ffmpeg.org/documentation.html, I would like you to add the books I had submitted.

Books entries shifted to new wiki link.
